Caesars Forum is located right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip at 3911 S. Koval Ln., Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Our host hotel is Harrah’s Las Vegas, a short skybridge walk from Caesars Forum Conference Center. We've secured discounted hotel-room rates with flexible booking policies. You can feel comfortable knowing you can plan ahead and still change or cancel plans later. Your stay is refundable until three days prior to arrival. Click to reserve your room.
Other travel websites may appear to be offering a rate that's the same as ours, but once you get to the end of the booking process, you'll notice they have tacked on miscellaneous fees and charges. What once looked like a great rate suddenly turns into much, much more. Then, if you need to change or cancel this reservation, you may be subjected to more fees in the form of penalties. Meanwhile, with the official ISS World Expo hotel program, the rate displayed is the rate you pay.
There are no penalty fees when you alter or cancel your reservation within 72 hours of the event.
ISS World Expo has reserved a block of rooms and guaranteed a set rate at Harrah's for event participants. For details, visit the Travel & Housing page.
Public parking is not available at Caesars Forum Conference Center.
Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran International Airport) is just eight miles from Caesars Forum Conference Center, and is accessible via taxi, bus, train, shuttle or towncar.
To request a visa letter, you must first register to attend the ISS World Expo. During the registration process, you can request a visa letter that will be available to download.
