Do You Need Help With Reservations?
Any hotel reservation made via the call center will be assessed a fee of $15, plus current sales tax. This charge will only apply to new phone reservations, not online reservations or calls for assistance with existing bookings.

It has come to our attention that several of our exhibitors have been contacted by other housing companies to make hotel reservations for our show. These companies are not affiliated with the show, and we recommend that you do not book your rooms through them. Please contact Devon Fredrickson if you're approached by another company offering hotel rooms.

We know plans change so that’s why there are no fees for changes and no full pre-payment required at the time of booking—unlike most other booking channels.

Our Team negotiates the lowest available rates with our hotel partners, below their rack rate, and at a variety of price points. In exchange for rates lower than the standard negotiated rates, the hotel benefits from earlier reservation commitments while the show’s attendees and exhibitors can take advantage of the cost-savings. It’s a win-win!
Our Team is closely tuned into Las Vegas' ever-changing hotel landscape. If rate reductions are needed on rates that have already been negotiated, we will make sure to execute.
Best Rate Pledge
Our Team has a strong relationship with the hotel industry, allowing ISS World Expo to negotiate deep discounts on your behalf. Contracted deals are extremely hard to beat. However, if a lower rate is found, we’ll do everything in our power to make sure you’re getting the best deal, even re-confirming your reservation at the new lower rate.
Group Bookings

Exhibitors staying within the official hotel block are better able and more likely to take advantage of networking opportunities with show attendees. It’s easy to meet up with a client or prospect in hotel restaurants, lobbies, and bars when they’re conveniently located inside your hotel.

Booking in the block provides support for our show in a variety of ways. It allows us to report more accurate economic impact numbers to the city. More rooms booked in the block also means we can better meet the needs of our attendees and exhibitors for the future.
