Yes, badges are required to access the show floor, meeting rooms and other event spaces.
The FedEx business center is located by the main conference-center entrance. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They offer copy, fax and email services, in addition to small-package shipping and receiving.
During normal show hours, persons 17 years old and under will be admitted only with parental supervision. Children will NOT be admitted into seminar meeting rooms. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Persons 18 years old and over must register and pay to receive a badge. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the exhibit hall during move-in or out.
Beverages will be sold near the entrance to the expo hall serving beer, wine, liquor, sodas and water from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
An EMT will be onsite and located outside Summit Ballroom #209. In addition, all security officers are trained in first aid response and are on property 24/7. There is additional First Aid located in Harrah's hotel.
Coat and Bag Check is located at Harrah's Hotel, connected via skybridge to the Caesars Forum Conference Center.

There is no public parking at Caesars Forum Conference Center. You may park at Harrah's which is connected via skybridge for a fee. Harrah's, LINQ and Flamingo are in walking distance. If you are staying at another property, we recommend you walk, or use a taxi or rideshare company.
Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi at Caesars Forum Conference Center. No password required.

 

Lunches made be purchased Tuesday - Friday when registering for the event. In addition, there are several eateries and shops along the Promenade, near the High Roller observation wheel, just outside the conference center.

All preordered lunches are served from noon to 1 p.m. in the Alliance Ballroom.

The 2026 event will be held April 7-10 at Caesars Forum Conference Center. The host hotel is Harrah’s.

Still photography or video filming of any display or product, using any device, is STRICTLY prohibited unless permission has been obtained from show management and the company whose booth is being captured. Failure to obtain prior consent may result in removal from the event. Filming may only be used for the purpose of promoting the ISS World Expo, not for resale or profit of any kind.

Yes, all 42 seminars will be videoed and edited, and then available for purchase via the ISS Store. To pre-order copies, visit the ISS Sales Center in the main corridor, the ISS booth #827 in the expo hall, or iss-store.com. Videos will are NOT available for the workshops, Self-Storage Q&A Sessions, Table Talks or Vendor Presentations.

All seminar PowerPoint presentations will be made available to registered attendees of the Seminar or All-Access Package. You will receive a link to a page where they can be accessed. Not all presenters offer handouts, but if they do, rest assured those documents will also be made available for download.

Advance registraion is required for the Boat/RV-Storage Facility Tour. The bus will pick up at the Caesars Forum entrance outside room 108 (level one under the skybridge to Harrah's) on Tuesday. It will leave promptly at 1 p.m. and return at 3 p.m.

The service desks are located on the far right of the expo hall on aisle 1200, behind the curtain from booths 1240-1250. You'll find reps from Freeman (furnishings, flooring, labor, display design, rigging under 200 lbs., and transportation) and Encore (A/V equipment, internet and rigging). Lead Retrieval is located at attendee registration in Academy Ballroom 407.
