COVID-19 Update - New Dates Announced!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - March 18, 2020

ISS World Expo rescheduled to July 21-24, 2020

As part of a managed postponement plan due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we decided to shift this year’s event to July 21-24, exhibits July 22-23. The event will still be held at The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

We understand there will be questions and concerns following this announcement and are working diligently to ensure all details and next steps are finalized and communicated in the coming weeks.

For attendees, we will automatically transfer your registration to the rescheduled event — no action is needed. If you already cancelled your registration, we will contact you regarding re-registering. For questions and concerns, please contact iss@csreg.zohodesk.com. We’re aiming to get back to you within two business days but due to a high volume of e-mails, please expect a slight delay.

For exhibitors and sponsors, we will transfer your program to the July event. We will be reaching out personally within the next few days to discuss your immediate questions.

For hotel reservations, if you booked hotel rooms in our room block at The Mirage Hotel & Casino, you will have received an e-mail from the hotel with a link to cancel your current reservation. More information will be provided for booking during the July dates. If you elected to book outside of the official room block, please work directly with your hotel.

Please know this decision was made with you in mind. Health and safety have been our top priority and we feel this decision provides the best experience for all parties involved.

Thank you for your continued understanding and support as we all navigate this unprecedented situation. We will continue to post updates and communications here.
