How will booth freight be returned to exhibitors?
The advance warehouse is in an area that’s currently under a stay-in-place order, and carriers can’t pick up freight. Once that order is lifted, you’ll receive an email from Freeman with more information about how to schedule freight pickup. For questions, please reach out to Freeman at 702.579.1700.
What about the furnishings I ordered from Freeman?
All orders for standard furnishings will be refunded and credit automatically made. If you ordered any custom items, MIS structures or graphics, please contact Freeman at 702.579.1700, as there may be associated fees.
What about my electrical, booth cleaning and Internet?
All refunds were completed by Mirage Exhibitor Services in March. If you haven't received your refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866.950.7117.
I purchased lead-retrieval services for ISS World Expo 2020. What happens now?
Compusystems will be refunding exhibitors who purchased lead retrieval for 2020 ISS World Expo. You can expect to receive your refund within the next few weeks.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
If you made your reservation for the now-canceled 2020 event directly with The Mirage using the housing link provided on the ISS World Expo website, you don’t have to do anything. The hotel has already canceled your reservation, and you should have received a confirmation email. If you booked through another housing agent or with another hotel, you're responsible for canceling your own reservation.

Can I transfer my 2020 investment to the 2021 event?
Absolutely! We are able to seamlessly move your booth assignment, sponsorships and funds to next year. To hold your booth rate and location for 2021, please confirm your participation by July 1, 2020. You'll receive email instructions on how to do this directly from Debbie Pirkey. If you need a copy of that email or further assistance, email email@example.com.
