Exhibitor Service Manual

Now is the time to start planning your 2020 ISS World Expo exhibit. There are a number of important details that will need your attention and the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is designed to assist you in your preparations for the show.

In order to save time and money, we encourage you to read all information carefully, taking note of upcoming deadlines and important show regulations. Specific items have been outlined to eliminate confusion and make your planning process smoother and more efficient. Order early to take advantage of the discount pricing!

Please note: Overtime charges for Freeman labor and material handling will apply Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. and all day on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Please refer to the appropriate Freeman order form(s) in the ESM for rates.

Mirage Services – Catering, Booth Cleaning, Internet, Electrical, Rigging, AV

The Mirage has an online system that offers one-stop ordering for most of your on-site needs. Login information will be emailed to you, and live assistance is always available with one click within the system.

Freeman Services

Freeman provides shipping, on-site material handling, and furnishings for ISS20. Access the Freeman online system here to login and view past orders or start an account to begin your new order.

Other Vendors

floral via the Exhibitor Dashboard

Online Profile

An exciting feature for our 2020 exhibitors is your online profile! This is your opportunity to reach customers before the expo. Update your profile here with your company information and photos/videos - don’t forget to add your website, social media links, or customer testimonials.  

Booth Staff Registrations

Everyone working your booth needs to have a badge. The allotment is four badges per each 100 square feet of booth space. If you are using an EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor) you will need to fill out designation paperwork and they will need to submit paperwork as well. They will not be allowed on the floor without both sets of paperwork completed.

Within registration there are also great features to engage your customers with free passes to the expo, and discounted conference, and all-access passes. 

As you plan your booth, don't forget to promote your presence at the show with a comprehensive marketing campaign. We've prepared a variety of FREE marketing opportunities for you, plus you can help drive even more traffic to your booth with a sponsorship. We have packages of every size and for all budgets.
