Monday April 1, 2019, 2 - 5 p.m. (Booths 300 sqft or larger only)
Tuesday April 2, 2019, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
All exhibits must be fully installed by Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday April 2, 2019, 3 - 7 p.m.
Wednesday April 3, 2019, 1 - 5 p.m.
Wednesday April 3, 2019, 5 - 9 p.m.
Thursday April 4, 2019, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE: Overtime charges for labor and material handling will apply Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. and all day on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Please refer to the appropriate order form(s) for rates.
Please make time to review these regulations to help alleviate any on-site issues and costly changes to your booth.
If your booth does not meet these specifications, you must submit a rendering of your display to Show Management for review. All booths, regardless of size are required to follow these guidelines. For questions regarding booth specifications, please contact Show Management at 972-536-6304. To avoid additional costs (i.e. design cost or tear down of an unapproved structure) please obtain written approval before beginning production or construction of multi-story or covered exhibits. For advance approval and additional information please e-mail Jennifer Holden.

Shipping to the Advance Warehouse
The Advance Warehouse will accept shipments between March 4 – March 26.
Shipping to Show Site
The Mirage will begin accepting shipments on April 1, 2019. Should your materials arrive prior to that date, the hotel may turn it away.
Shipping & Material Handling PDF Forms
The primary contact will receive an e-mail from our registration provider, Cvent, containing details on how to register their booth staff for the show. The primary contact will be provided with their booth/company ID and confirmation number to register their personnel. Each person who will set up, work in or tear down the booth will need to register for an exhibitor badge. The allotment will be calculated based on the booth size.

Attendees read your online profile and access your contact information before, during, and after the event. To review and revise your online exhibitor booth profile, you'll simply follow the directions below:
