Important Exhibitor Guidelines

With so many people in one building, it is our goal to ensure the safety of and enjoyment for all attendees and exhibitors at the Inside Self-Storage World Expo. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the Inside Self-Storage World Expo Guidelines and Policies below.

Attendee Lists Warning

• In our commitment of keeping our attendees’ information confidential and not violating opt-in policies, we do NOT sell, rent or lease our lists to exhibitors or third parties.
• If you are contacted by companies offering to sell our attendee list, including names, email addresses, phone numbers and company names, we strongly recommend against purchasing such lists as we did not provide the information.

Email Communications

• Due to the deluge of unsolicited and unwanted spam in email boxes, spam filters can stop our emails to you.
  
• As this is our main avenue of communication to our exhibitors, please add these email addresses as a safe sender in your email service.
• You may have to check your junk mail box occasionally to find us
• Exhibitor Bulletins, announcements, show updates and other pertinent exhibitor information will be sent to the email address you provided; please help us make sure it arrives in your inbox.

Housing

• Inside Self-Storage World Expo is often the target of organizations offering fraudulent hotel/travel services and data. These groups are NOT part of our official vendors and many customers report they fail to deliver on their promises, then refuse to grant refunds. Messages from these groups also may contain malicious links and content if engaged with.

Show Guide Warning

• As an exhibitor, you receive a listing in the Inside Self-Storage World Expo's On-Site Event Guide at no additional cost.
• Inside Self-Storage World Expo maintains its own records of exhibitors and produces its own On-Site Event Guide.
• Inside Self-Storage World Expo is not affiliated in any way with Fair Guide, Fairguide.com, International Fairs Directory, World Company Directory, Construct Data and AUMA or other similar companies.
• Please be aware that you may receive solicitations from these companies to confirm your company information for their exhibitor directory.
• Please be aware that confirming your information with them will unknowingly enter your company into a costly three-year contract with them.

We strongly advise that you do not engage with any suspicious emails and organizations, and always check our official vendors list before contracting with anyone. If you suspect you that you have been contacted a fraudulent vendor or have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
