Debbie Pirkey can help you with booth selection. To begin, complete a booth application and return it with a deposit ASAP. Once your deposit has been received, you will be assigned a booth, which is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Debbie can be reached at 480.372.7590 or [email protected]. Booth cost varies by the amount of booth space you choose and the timing in which you place your contract. Click here to view booth costs.

Your booth purchase includes your space, basic pipe and drape, and an identification sign. You will also receive badges for booth staff and a listing in the official Show Guide. Free expo-hall passes will be provided for some of your customers (this number varies based on booth size). You will need to arrange for carpet (required) and any furnishings you wish to have, at an additional expense. See the Exhibitor Service Manual for more details.

No. For security measures and to verify attendance, you must obtain a new badge every year.

Soliciting of exhibitors or attendees on the show floor is strictly prohibited.

All non-exhibiting vendors/suppliers are welcome to attend the event, though they must comply with these two stipulations:

1. When registering, you must select “Self-Storage Vendor/Supplier” as your primary business or “Vendor/Supplier” as your primary job function and pay the higher fee beginning at $2,300.
   
2. You cannot distribute materials or do any soliciting of business at the show. ISS World Expo management reserves the right to evict any vendor who violates these policies, with no refund given.
