All persons planning to attend the Inside Self-Storage World Expo must be registered. The expo is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public.
Permission for any domesticated animal (cats and dogs) to appear in a convention or trade show must first be approved by Show Management and then Caesars Forum. Additional insurance may be required. Non-domesticated/ exotic animals will be considered on an individual basis. Seeing eye/assistance animals are always permitted.
Each attendee will receive one (1) badge free on site. Lost or misplaced badges will incurr a $75 replacement fee; photo ID required. There is no charge for address or session changes.
Cancellations received on or before March 5, 2024, will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid, less a $75 administration fee.
During normal show hours, persons 17 years old and under will be admitted only with parental supervision. Children will NOT be admitted into seminar meeting rooms. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Persons 18 years old and over must register and pay to receive a badge. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the exhibit hall during move-in or out.
Please be advised that drones are not allowed to be operated anywhere on Caesars Forum property. There are very limited scenarios where this policy may be considered; however, prior review and approval (in writing) must be obtained from Risk Management Director and Convention Senior Leadership team. Any such requests must be made at least 60 days prior to any event to allow for sufficient review time. This policy also applies to any un-manned vehicles.
ISS World Expo requires a unique email address be provided for all registrations to attend our in-person events. The unique email address is required to manage our directory of all attendees. It is also used by exhibitors and attendees to effectively provide follow up post event with people who scanned your badge, and provide the attendees a list of exhibitors that they visited onsite.
Harrah's Las Vegas is the host hotel. Through the hotel reservations page you can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations.
You may receive phone or email solicitation from companies falsely claiming to be affiliated with the event. We cannot guarantee room availability, rates or service on reservations booked through other companies. In fact, many will take your money without actually making you a reservation. Please only book through the link above, also found on the hotel tab.
Don’t get scammed by companies offering to sell you the ISS World Expo attendee list! These companies are in no way associated with the show and do not have access to our attendee information. We do NOT sell or distribute our attendee or exhibitor data. Please contact us to report any solicitations you receive so we can work to prevent these deceptive practices.
All displays, product demonstrations, and sales activities in the exhibit hall must be kept within the confines of your contracted booth space. Selling in the aisles, hosting audiences in the aisles, booth encroachment into the aisles, distributing literature in the aisles, etc., will not be tolerated. This is not only unfair to your fellow exhibitors, but blocking aisles creates a potentially unsafe situation which could lead to the show floor being shut down by the fire marshal. Please be considerate to your fellow exhibitors – refrain from soliciting their business during show hours (when they are trying to make a sale).
Taking photographs and/or video recording is permitted within the Inside Self-Storage Expo, provided that the subjects being photographed or videotaped have given prior consent. If an objection is raised, you will be asked to discontinue immediately. Show Management reserves the right to limit photo/video access when considered inappropriate.
By registering and providing your contact information, you acknowledge and agree to the use by Informa of your contact information to communicate with you about events, products, services and offerings by Informa, its brands, affiliates, and/or third-party partners, consistent with Informa's Privacy Policy.
Smoking is not permitted in the exhibit hall, meeting rooms, or classrooms at Caesars Forum Convention Center.
Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the show if submitted in writing by the original registrant.
By submitting your registration and/or by attending the ISS World Expo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All show policies are subject to change in Show Management's sole discretion.
